Chorlton Whisky – Orkney 22 YO

A single ex-Bourbon Hogshead from an undisclosed distillery in Orkney producing lightly peated whisky. What will it be? A symbolic prize for those who guess (just kidding, no prize). Distilled on 9 June 1999 and bottled in 2021 at the full strength of 53.4% ​​in 311 specimens. Not cold filtered and not artificially coloured.

Aroma: Coastal nuances along with notes of sweet jam.

Palate: Malty and full-bodied, with raspberry compote and salted caramel.

Finish: Toasted wood and sea salt last a long time.
