A whisky that takes a long time to reach full maturity due of the cold and wet climate of the Highlands. The barrel of Oloroso sherry used to complete the maturation of this Single Malt enriches it with more complex notes as well maintaining its honeyed characteristic.
Its aromatic complexity is striking nose, but on the palate it denotes great character. Spicy, with creamy notes, followed by a increasing malt flavor. After a short burst of sweetness, a rich grape effect sultanina faces the center. Closes with a very intense finish where the contribution of wood.
