The most powerful Single Malt on the island of Islay could only use a barrel of Pedro Ximenez: a sherry with a great aromatic structure, thanks to its double aging. The result is a malt intense, unique, of great prestige. Rich in peat, medicinal but with the distinctive trait of the wood that contained sherry.
Complex on the nose where the notes of smoke blend with the sweet notes and creamy sherry. It looks medicinal but sweet, intense and of great structure. The initial taste immediately gives way to peat. A spicy trace interrupts the first sensation and releases coffee and vanilla, with a hint of fruit. The finish is incredibly long. Fruit, peat and oak persist.
