The most powerful Single Malt on the island of Islay could only use a barrel by Pedro Ximenez: a sherry with a great aromatic structure, thanks to its double aging. The result is a malt intense, unique, highly prestigious. Rich in peat, medicinal but with the distinctive feature of the wood that contained sherry.
Complex on the nose where the notes of smoke blend with the sweet notes and creamy sherry. It is medicinal but sweet, intense and of great structure. The initial taste immediately gives way to peat. A spicy trace interrupts the first sensation and lets coffee and vanilla release, with a hint of fruit. The ending is incredibly long. Fruit, peat and oak persist.
