Batch # 1 of Venezuelan Rum, produced at the C.A.C.D., has the beautiful on the label Mount Roirama seen from above – that there are pterodactyls too, well, maybe it’s a coincidence, maybe not. This rum single cask is matured 15 years, bottled to the degree of 52.4%, unchill-filtered and without coloring, it is a limited edition of 259 specimens.
Aroma: Notes of spiced oak, pepper, tobacco and red fruits, with a little butter, also.
Palate: Toffee apples, licorice root, grapes red, coffee beans and gingerbread.
Final: Sweetened almonds, red currant and a little citrus
