Port Mourant batch # 3 was distilled at Diamond Distillery, Guyana, with the famous wooden alembic: Port Mourant, in fact, that in the label is traveling right towards its new headquarters. This Port Mourant matured 10 years, bottled at 52.5% grade, unchillfiltered and not artificially colored, it is an edition limited to 946 pieces.
Aroma: Herbal, then here are more funky notes: ripe banana, balsamic, sun balm.
Palate: Light, crunchy with notes of pepper, then persistent banana and a dense sweetness fruity.
Final: Very angular, but elegant at the same time.
